My take on Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil for the curious. What I failed to mention is that this oil is perfect for salads, shakes, and hot drinks(just like coconut oil) but not suitable for cooking. I’m in no way affiliated with Manitoba Harvest, I simply support Canadian products especially if they work so well for me. If you’re in Canada, you can buy it from Loblaws and Real Canadian Superstore and other grocery stores that sell natural organic products.
